- 🥔 1 potato
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Cut nanohana in half. Slice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and potatoes, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add nanohana and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake and soy sauce, stir to combine. Add butter and let it melt with residual heat, mixing well.
