INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetable
- 1 bag (200g) nanohana
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 18g Chinese broth paste
STEPS
Cut the nanohana into 4cm lengths.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix to create the egg mixture.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and stir with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining sesame oil (1 tbsp), and heat. Add the peeled shrimp and nanohana, stir-frying over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. Add the Chinese broth paste and mix well. Return the eggs to the pan and stir briefly.
