INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 cabbage (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🍋 1/8 lemon (wedged)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice chicken tenderloins diagonally into 1cm pieces and coat with cornstarch.
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until fully cooked, then add cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake, sugar, fish sauce, and salt and pepper, then mix well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
