- 1 pack cooked udon noodles
- 🌠10 small sausages
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Condiments
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- Grain mustard as needed
- Chopped parsley as needed
STEPS
Rinse the cooked udon noodles in water and drain well. Place the noodles in a plastic bag with potato starch and shake to coat evenly.
Wrap the udon noodles around each sausage. Repeat for all 10 sausages.
Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the wrapped sausages, turning them frequently, until crispy and golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with ketchup, grain mustard, and chopped parsley as desired.
