INGREDIENTS

  • Tortilla

    • 2 tortillas

  • Sausage

    • 2 sausages

  • Cheese

    • 🧀 50g mozzarella cheese
    • 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • Tomato Sauce

    • 200g tomato sauce
    • 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 1/4 small canned ham

STEPS

Toast the tortillas on a dry pan over low heat until slightly crispy on both sides.

Boil the sausages in hot water for 3 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.

Chop the onion and canned ham into small pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the onion and ham until fragrant.

Add 3 tbsp of canned corn and sauté until slightly golden.

Pour in 200g of tomato sauce and cook until well combined.

Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the toasted tortillas.

Place half a slice of cheddar cheese and 25g of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Lay the sausage on top and roll the tortilla tightly.

Cook the rolled tortillas on a pan over low heat, turning occasionally until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crispy.
