    • Sesame seeds or crushed peanuts, as needed

    • 1/2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup

    • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Make cross-shaped cuts (+) at one end of each sausage.

Blanch the sausages in boiling water briefly, then drain and remove excess water.

Heat a pan with ample oil and pan-fry the sausages until crispy.

Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the sausages. Sprinkle sesame seeds or crushed peanuts before serving.
