STEPS
Cut sausages diagonally into 1cm slices and halve them. Peel and pit the avocado, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Place sausages and avocado on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Toast for 3 minutes or until sausages are crispy.
Mix mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Add toasted sausages, avocado, and cherry tomatoes, then toss gently.
