    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the cod roe skin and extract the contents.

Wash the satoimo thoroughly, place it in a microwave-safe container with water still clinging to it, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes. Peel the skin while warm and mash with a fork.

Add milk to the mashed satoimo and mix until smooth. Then add cod roe and mayonnaise, mixing further. Finally, add chopped green onion and mix lightly.
