INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐟 40g tuna sashimi
- 🐟 40g salmon sashimi
- 🐟 40g sea bream sashimi
- 🦐 30g sweet shrimp sashimi
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🧅 10cm green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Slice the green onion thinly at an angle after halving it lengthwise.
Remove the tails from the sweet shrimp.
Mix the seasonings (gochujang, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, and sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the tuna, salmon, sea bream, sweet shrimp, kaiware sprouts, and green onion, then mix well.
