INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
Mentaiko Tartar Sauce
- 50g mentaiko
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- đź§… 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Other Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
- Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Mince the onion.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl using a fork, then mix with the remaining tartar sauce ingredients.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into sticks, season with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat evenly with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C and fry the chicken sticks until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Plate the fried chicken sticks, drizzle with mentaiko tartar sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
