    • 10 spring roll wrappers

    • 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
  • Flavoring

    • 50g mentaiko

    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.

Place chicken tenderloin in a microwave-safe container, pierce with a fork, and sprinkle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Flip the chicken, cover again, and microwave for 1 more minute. Let it cool under the wrap and shred along the fibers. Drain any excess liquid.

Mix the shredded chicken, mentaiko, shredded pizza cheese, and seasoning (salt and mayonnaise) in a bowl.

Place 1/10 of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat for all 10 wrappers.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, add the spring rolls, and fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly golden.
