    • Flour, as needed
    • Vegetable oil, as needed

    • 1/2 tbsp flour

    • 1 tbsp powdered cheese
    • Pinch of pepper

Place chicken tenderloin in a storage bag and pound with a rolling pin until finely shredded. Add seasoning ingredients and knead into a meat mixture.

Sprinkle flour on a tray, spread the meat mixture evenly, and sprinkle flour on top. Divide into 8 portions.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), add the portions, and fry for 4–5 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
