- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin
- 🥔 150g potato
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushroom
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Cut the potato in half lengthwise, then thinly slice into half-moon shapes. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Slice the chicken tenderloin diagonally into 2cm-wide pieces using a slanted knife motion.
Place the chicken, potato, shimeji mushrooms, and seasonings into a microwave-safe container. Mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
