INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag pea sprouts
- 5 cm daikon radish
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and make small cuts. Season with sake and salt. Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Once cooled, shred into bite-sized pieces.
Cut off the roots of the pea sprouts and halve their length. Grate the daikon radish and drain its excess water.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
