    • 🍗 200g chicken breast (skinless)
    • 250g pea sprouts
    • 🍄 100g maitake mushroom
    • 100g bean sprouts
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Chicken Preparation

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
  • Soup Base

    • đź’§ 500ml water
    • 2 slices ginger
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt

STEPS

Cut the roots off the pea sprouts and halve them. Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters.

Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Rub with sake and salt, then coat with potato starch.

In a pot, mix the soup base ingredients and heat over medium until boiling. Add the chicken and maitake mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts and pea sprouts, heat until warmed through, and drizzle sesame oil over the top.
