INGREDIENTS

- 30g vermicelli
- 100g chicken tenderloin
- 🥒 50g cucumber
- 1 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the cucumber into thin strips and halve the vermicelli using kitchen scissors.
Place the chicken tenderloin in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and shred by hand.
Boil water in a pot, cook the vermicelli according to package instructions, and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the vermicelli, chicken, and cucumber, then mix well.
