    • 1 tbsp sake

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and halve the vermicelli using kitchen scissors.

Place the chicken tenderloin in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and shred by hand.

Boil water in a pot, cook the vermicelli according to package instructions, and drain well.
