INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 2 whole sanma fish
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Cut off the heads of the sanma fish, divide them into three pieces, remove the innards, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Slice the green onion thinly and julienne the ginger.
In a frying pan, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, ponzu sauce), half of the ginger, the sanma fish, and the green onion.
Cover the pan and heat on medium until boiling. Then, reduce to low heat and steam for 7-8 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve on a plate and garnish with the remaining ginger.
