    • 1 processed sanma (110g)
    • đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 20g sliced leek
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 slices ginger
    • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Slice the onion thinly, cut the leek diagonally, and chop the ginger coarsely.

Cut the sanma in half, sprinkle salt over it, let it sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry.

Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sesame oil, ginger, green onion) in a bowl.

Place aluminum foil on a surface, layer onion slices, place sanma on top, add leek slices, drizzle 1 tbsp of sauce, and wrap tightly.

Place the foil package in a pan, add water to about 1cm depth, cover, and steam on medium heat for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
