INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 160g salted salmon (2 fillets)
Vegetables
- 🥒 6cm daikon, grated
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salted salmon until browned. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the bones and skin from the salmon and flake the flesh.
In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, grated daikon, and seasonings (sugar, salt, vinegar). Mix well.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
