- 1 pack pea shoots
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half. Break apart the maitake mushrooms by hand. Cut the butter into two pieces.
Layer the pea shoots, maitake mushrooms, and salted salmon in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle sake over the salmon, place a piece of butter on each salmon piece, and drizzle with ponzu sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
