    • 400g pork spare ribs
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 2/3 tsp salt
    • đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • Pinch of black pepper

Poke several holes in the pork ribs using a fork.

Place the pork ribs and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the ribs evenly and let them marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork ribs and cook until both sides are browned.

Add the remaining marinade from the bag to the pan and coat the ribs. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.

Remove the lid and cook further to evaporate excess liquid while browning the ribs.
