    • 🍄 5g dried shiitake slices

    • 2 tsp grated ginger
    • 🍶 3 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp salt

STEPS

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Pat dry the chicken wings to remove excess moisture.

Add the soup base ingredients and chicken wings to a pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, skim off any foam and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
