- 🍗 150g chicken breast, sliced thinly
Vegetables
- 🥕 150g carrot, sliced thinly
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

- 🧈 20g salted butter, divided
- 2 tbsp sake
STEPS
Slice chicken breast into thin 5mm pieces and marinate with salt, pepper, and grated garlic in a bowl.
Cut the carrot lengthwise, then slice into thin diagonal 5mm pieces.
Divide butter into 4 equal pieces.
Layer carrots and chicken alternately in a microwave-safe dish. Add sake, salt, pepper, and butter. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Let the dish rest covered for 2 minutes before serving.
