INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece (100g) salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Aromatic Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 myoga, finely chopped
- 2 slices ginger, finely chopped
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and shiso leaves. Finely chop the myoga and ginger.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the aromatic sauce.
Place the onion slices and salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then pour the aromatic sauce over the top. Wrap the foil tightly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the foil-wrapped salmon for 15 minutes. Open the foil and garnish with shiso leaves before serving.
