- 🐟 160g salmon fillet
Tofu
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 lettuce leaf (30g)

- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce

- 2 tbsp potato starch

- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Drain the tofu and mash it until smooth.
Mix salmon, tofu, potato starch, salt, and ginger in a plastic bag until well combined.
Squeeze the mixture out of the bag into small portions onto a microwave-safe plate lined with lettuce.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with ponzu sauce for a refreshing flavor.
