INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (16 ounces) salmon
- 🍞 2 cups bread crumbs, soft
- 🧅 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 🥬 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 🥛 1 cup 1% low fat milk
- 🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 🥚 2 large eggs
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Drain salmon and remove skin if desired. Mash bones with meat.
Combine the salmon with bread crumbs, onion, margarine, celery, milk, lemon juice, parsley, and eggs. Mix well.
Add enough milk so that the mixture is moist but not runny.
Place the mixture in a lightly oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
