    • 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
    • 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
    • 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 🥦 1/3 head broccoli, florets
    • 5 black olives, sliced
    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Dressing

    • 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • A dash of black pepper
    • 🧄 A small amount of grated garlic

STEPS

Dice the avocado into 2cm cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Separate broccoli into small florets. Slice black olives into thirds.

Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Drain and let cool.

Cut the salmon into 2cm cubes.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Arrange the ingredients on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
