INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
- 🧅 1/2 new onion (75g), thinly sliced
Yogurt Sauce
- 🥛 50g unsweetened yogurt
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the new onion and soak in water, lightly rubbing to remove bitterness. Drain well.
Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly.
Cut the salmon into 7mm thick slices at an angle.
Mix all ingredients for the yogurt sauce in a bowl.
Arrange the onion on a plate, layer the salmon and bell pepper, and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
