INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS
Slice the salmon into thin pieces and arrange them on a plate.
