INGREDIENTS
Staple
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🐟 1 piece (80g) salted salmon
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetable
- 40g jarred Zha Cai
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Finely chop the Zha Cai.
Mix the cooked rice with the beaten egg in a bowl.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon until both sides are browned. Remove, let cool, and flake the salmon while discarding skin and bones.
Heat the remaining 1 tsp of salad oil in the frying pan, add the rice mixture, and stir-fry over medium heat until fluffy. Add the flaked salmon and Zha Cai, stir-fry, then drizzle soy sauce along the pan's edge and mix quickly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
