- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Protein
- 🐟 50g salmon fillet
- 50g boiled soybeans
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the green onion into 1cm slices.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add soybeans and green onion on top, then place the salmon fillet. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, remove the salmon skin and bones, then gently flake the salmon and mix it with the rice.
