INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 300g fresh salmon fillets
- 100g pollock roe
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- As needed water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
☆ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 50cc water
STEPS
Boil the salmon fillets in water until cooked through, then drain and flake them.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the flaked salmon until lightly browned.
Add pollock roe to the pan and stir gently to combine with the salmon.
Mix the ☆ seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, water) and pour into the pan.
Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the mixture is well-coated.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the mixture and serve as a topping for rice.
