INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack of oyster mushrooms
- 150g grated daikon
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and separate them. Grate the daikon.
Cut the salmon into thirds, season both sides with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, salmon, and oyster mushrooms. Cook on low heat, flipping occasionally, until done. Remove items as they finish cooking.
Plate the cooked salmon and mushrooms, top with grated daikon and green onion, then drizzle with ponzu sauce.
