  • Bread

    • 🍞 6 slices sandwich bread
  • Fish

    • 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 🥬 60g frozen spinach
  • Oil and Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Egg Mixture

    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 🥛 50cc milk
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
    • 🧂 Pinch of pepper

STEPS

Remove the bones and skin from the salted salmon and cut into 1.5cm wide pieces.

Slice the onion thinly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the salmon, frozen spinach, and salt and pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes. Let cool.

In a bowl, mix all the egg mixture ingredients together.

Arrange the sandwich bread in a heatproof dish, slightly overlapping. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to shape the bread to the dish.

Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the bread and pour the egg mixture on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
