Fish
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (chicken stock powder, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, salt, and pepper) to the cabbage and mix well. Let it cool.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the seasoned cabbage.
