  • Vegetables

  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder

    • 🥛 200 ml milk
    • 🧈 10 g salted butter
  • Cooking Wine

    • 1 tbsp sake
  • Thickener

    • Cornstarch as needed

STEPS

Cut off the root of the bok choy. Slice the salmon into thirds and season with salt, pepper, and coat with cornstarch.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the salmon and cook until browned on both sides. Add milk, sake, and chicken stock, then bring to a boil. Add bok choy, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Thicken the sauce with cornstarch mixed with water.
