INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces fresh salmon
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- A pinch of all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 4 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 sliced chili
STEPS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour. Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts, cook for 3 minutes, and drain.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add salmon, cook until browned, flip, and cook through. Remove from the pan.
In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients (ponzu soy sauce, sugar, chili), add the cooked salmon and bean sprouts, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1 hour to marinate.
