    • 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
  • Protein

    • 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
    • 🥚 1 onsen egg
  • Vegetable

    • 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes. Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl, then add the salmon and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes.
