- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 25g kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then squeeze out the moisture using a paper towel. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them into thirds. Peel and slice the avocado into 5mm thick pieces.
Slice the salmon thinly at an angle.
Mix the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl to create the dressing.
Arrange the salmon and avocado alternately on a plate, top with onion and kaiware sprouts, and drizzle the dressing over the dish.
