    • 1.5 tbsp dried sakura shrimp

Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces. In a frying pan, dry roast the sakura shrimp over low heat until fragrant, then remove.

Heat sesame oil in the same frying pan and add the chikuwa. Stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 1 minute until lightly browned.

Add the cooked rice, roasted sakura shrimp, and grated cheese to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined and coated with oil.

Add chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly.
