- 95g canned saba (water-packed)

- 1 pack natto

- 25g kaiware sprouts

- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them into 2-3 sections.
Drain the canned saba and roughly flake the fish.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, olive oil, flaked saba, natto, kaiware sprouts, mentuyu, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
