STEPS
Cut the green onion into small pieces and slice the white onion thinly.
In a bowl, layer the canned mackerel, grated ginger, white onion, and bean sprouts. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Break apart the mackerel pieces gently, mix lightly, and microwave again for 1 minute. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
