    • 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
  • Main Ingredients

    • 1 can (190g) saba miso canned fish
    • 🧈 150g firm tofu, cut into chunks
    • 🧅 1/3 stalk chopped green onion
  • Seasoning

    • Pinch of sliced chili
    • Pinch of chili oil
    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp cornstarch

Cut the firm tofu into large bite-sized chunks.

Chop the green onion into coarse pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, add the saba canned fish along with its sauce, and mix with doubanjiang, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add tofu and green onion, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Serve warm rice in a bowl, pour the cooked mixture over the rice, sprinkle sliced chili, and drizzle chili oil as desired.
