    • 🍚 200g cooked rice
    • 1 can (180g) saba miso
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot (40g), julienned
    • 1 stalk (50g) komatsuna, chopped
    • 1 tsp gochujang
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • 🍅 1 halved cherry tomato
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

    • 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp ground white sesame

Cook the rice and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the julienned carrot and chopped komatsuna until tender.

Add the saba miso canned fish, gochujang, and water to the pan. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Prepare the enoki mushroom side dish: blanch the enoki mushrooms, then mix with soy sauce and ground white sesame.

Assemble the bento: layer the cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, saba miso mixture, and halved cherry tomato. Serve with the enoki mushroom side dish.
