    • 1 can (190g) saba canned in miso

    • 1 pack kaiware sprouts
    • 1/2 bag bean sprouts
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix vinegar, white sesame seeds, and grated ginger. Add the saba canned in miso and break it into chunks. Add the kaiware sprouts and bean sprouts, then gently mix everything together.
