- 1 can (190g) miso-flavored canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Place bean sprouts and canned mackerel (including the juice) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add grated ginger and sesame oil to the container and mix well.
Lightly drain the excess liquid, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
