    • 1 can (190g) saba canned in water
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Remove the skin from the canned saba and flake it.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the saba. Stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates.

Add the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, sugar, grated ginger) to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates and the flavors coat the fish.

Add white sesame seeds and mix well.
