  • Canned Fish

    • 1 can (190g) saba miso canned fish
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
    • 100g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
  • Seasonings

    • đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
    • 1 tsp sliced chili
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut komatsuna into 3cm pieces. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shimeji and komatsuna, stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add the saba canned fish along with its sauce and stir for 1-2 minutes.
