INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) miso-flavored saba
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat a frying pan over low heat with salad oil and garlic. Once fragrant, add cabbage and bell peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add the saba can (including the liquid) and break it apart while stir-frying. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then stir-fry to combine.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and mix well before serving.
