    • 95g canned saba (water-packed)

    • 20g curry roux
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Finely mince the onion.

In a microwave-safe container, add the canned saba and break it apart with a fork. Add the minced onion, water, and seasonings (curry roux, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste). Mix well.

Cover the container loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes. Stir well after microwaving.
